Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS (AS DEFINED BELOW) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE iChange APPLICATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. SLIDESG PTE LTD (“iChange”) IS THE HOLDER OF THE Slide Wallet. BY USING iChange IN ANY WAY, YOU CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT THESE TERMS FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SlideSG. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS (OR ANY PART THEREOF), PLEASE DO NOT USE iChange AND DO NOT APPLY FOR OR USE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED OR PROVIDED ON OR VIA THE iChange APPLICATION. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THESE TERMS AND ANY OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN YOU AND iChange IN RELATION TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THESE TERMS, THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS SHALL PREVAIL TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY.

Definitions and Interpretation

1.1. In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

1.1.1. “Account ID” means a unique personal identification number, which is created when you sign

up for the iChange Application.

1.1.2. “Additional Services” means the products and services offered, provided and made available by any person other than iChange (including any other iChange subsidiary and any third party), and P2P Services, which may be effected or obtained by you through the use of the iChange Application from time to time, where your ability to access and use your Slide Wallet to effect or obtain any of such products and services is dependent on your entry into and compliance with a separate agreement relating to such Additional Service with the person offering, providing and making available such product or service, and shall include, without limitation:

Remittance Services;

Banking services;

Payment services.

 1.1.3. “AML” means anti-money laundering.

1.1.4. “Appstore” means an online digital media and/or application store, and includes Apple Inc.’s

iTunes Store and Google Inc.’s Google Play store.

1.1.5. “Base Services” means the products and services offered, provided and made available by iChange in accordance with these Terms, excluding Additional Services, which may be effected or obtained by you through the use of the iChange Application from time to time as long as you have in force a valid iChange Balance and your access to and use of the iChange Application have not been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, including, where applicable:

the Top-Up Services;

the Payment Services;

the Rewards Services;

1.1.6. “CFT” means countering the financing of terrorism.

1.1.7. “Customer Information” means all information which you provide or which is obtained as a result of or in connection with these Terms and/or your access to and/or use of the iChange Application, any iChange Service and/or any iChange Content, including information you provide in submitting your request to register for a iChange Balance, information which relates to a transaction, information which identifies or which relates to an individual, whether true or not, and information collected, used and/or disclosed as described in the iChange Data Protection Policy.

1.1.8. “Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstances the occurrence and the effect of which iChange is unable to prevent and avoid notwithstanding the exercise of reasonable foresight, diligence and care on the part of iChange.

1.1.9. “iChange” means SlideSG Pte Ltd (UEN: 201630415E) and its successors.

1.1.10. “iChange Subsidiary” means any related corporation (as defined in the Companies Act (Cap 50)

1.1.11. “iChange Data Protection Policy” means the current version of the data protection policy available at https://www.ichange.sg/copy-of-terms-of-use or such other Internet website as may be maintained in respect of such policy.

1.1.12. “Indemnified Parties” means iChange, the other iChange subsidiaries and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, suppliers, vendors, licensors, agents and representatives.

1.1.13. “Intellectual Property Rights” means patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, domain names, rights in designs, semiconductor topography rights, database rights of unfair extraction and reutilisation, copyrights (including rights in computer software), rights in know-how and other intellectual or industrial property rights (whether registered or unregistered and including applications for the registration of any of the foregoing) and all rights or forms of protection having equivalent or similar effect to any of the foregoing which may subsist anywhere in the world.

1.1.14. “Losses” means all losses, liabilities, costs, damages (including damages arising from cyber attacks), claims, expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis), compensation, demands, actions and proceedings, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, and whether direct, indirect or consequential.

1.1.15. “P2P Services” means peer-to-peer payment and transfer services between natural persons, regardless whether such services are support or facilitated by iChange or otherwise, which services shall be applicable and available only to persons who have registered for such relevant Additional Services as iChange may determine from time to time, and subject always to the terms of the separate agreements relating to such Additional Services with the persons offering, providing and making available such Additional Services.

1.1.16. “Password” means the code generated by the iChange Application server and subsequently may or may not be changed by the user.

1.1.17. “Payment Amount” means, in respect of a Payment Transaction, the amount as specified or confirmed in the relevant Payment Transaction Request as the amount to be paid to the relevant Payment Beneficiary, or deemed to be the “Payment Amount” for such Payment Transaction pursuant to Clause 7.3.

 

1.1.18. “Payment Beneficiary” means a Payment Merchant who is designated by you to receive

payment via a Payment Service.

 

1.1.19. “Payment Merchant” means a merchant entity to which iChange provides a mobile payment system to accept payment for product(s) or service(s) effected through the iChange Application.

 

1.1.20. “Payment Services” means such payment-related services as the relevant Payment Service

Providers may from time to time offer, provide or make available, and which may be effected or obtained through the use of the iChange Application, pursuant to which payments may be made via such payment instruments, technologies and/or methods as may be determined by iChange from time to time, including:

payments to Payment Merchants for product(s) and service(s) offered and/or provided by or on behalf of such Payment Merchants;

top-up of pre-paid phone and data cards offered by a Payment Service Provider, where applicable;

iii. such other services as may be set out in the iChange Website from time to time.

For the avoidance of doubt, Payment Services shall not include payments to natural persons other than payments to Payment Merchants for product(s) and service(s) offered and/or provided by or on behalf of such Payment Merchants as provided herein.

1.1.21. “Payment Service Providers” means iChange subsidiaries and such other third party service provider as may be set out in the iChange Website from time to time, and “Payment Service Provider” means any one of them.

1.1.22. “Payment Service Terms” means terms and conditions relating to the use of the Payment Services as provided by the respective Payment Service Providers, including any amendments thereto that the respective Payment Service Providers may make from time to time in their discretion.

1.1.23. “Payment Transaction” means a payment transaction performed in fulfilment of a Payment

Transaction Request.

1.1.24. “Payment Transaction Request” means a request made to iChange to make payment to a

Payment Beneficiary.

1.1.25. “Remittance Services” means the cross border remittance service provided by iChange that enables a Customer to remit funds to the Customer’s designated beneficiaries in the territories of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Cambodia, Laos and UAE in accordance with the Remittance Service Terms.

1.1.26. “Remittance Service Terms” means the General Terms and Conditions for Remittance (Remittance Service) relating to the use of the Remittance Services available at https://slide.sg/send-money-overseas-terms-and-conditions/

1.1.27. “S$” means the lawful currency of Singapore.

1.1.28. “iChange Application” means the application(s) for mobile devices (available for download from an Appstore) offered, operated and maintained by or on behalf of iChange from Singapore, whether jointly with any other banks or persons or otherwise, through which certain products, services and functionalities, as iChange may determine from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion, are offered and may be accessed and used, and shall include any derivation or upgrade of such applications as may be made available by iChange, whether jointly with any other banks or persons or otherwise, from time to time.

1.1.29. “Slide Wallet” means an account that is offered by iChange:

through which the holder of such account may, inter alia, effect and obtain iChange Services, subject to these Terms; and for the purposes of containing stored value, which stored value is capable of being used by you to carry out such transactions as iChange may from time to time specify (including those which may be made pursuant to the iChange Services).

1.1.30. “iChange Content” means all materials, information, tools, contents, hyperlinks, marks and logos contained in or displayed on, and all software and contents which may be downloaded and/or accessed from or are made available through, the iChange Application (and/or any access thereto and/or use thereof), including:

all features and functionalities for the time being offered and made available on or via the

iChange Application;

all advertisements, promotions and offers (whether from iChange, any other iChange subsidiary or any third party);

iii. all material, information, tools, content, hyperlinks, marks and logos relating to third

parties and/or products and/or services owned or provided by third parties;

all hypertext links to Third Party Sites; and

Third Party Content.

1.1.31. “iChange Counters” means the physical counters operated by iChange in Singapore to provide services in relation to iChange Services to its customers.

1.1.32. “iChange Service Provider” means, in respect of a iChange Service, the person offering, providing and making available such iChange Service to users of the iChange Application. A “iChange Service Provider” may be iChange, any other iChange Subsidiary, or such other third party service provider as may be set out in the iChange Website from time to time.

1.1.33. “iChange Services” means such products and services as may be effected or obtained through the use of the iChange Application for the time being as may be set out on the iChange Website, comprising the Base Services and the Additional Services.

1.1.34. “iChange Website” means iChange.sg, or such other Internet website as iChange may maintain in respect of iChange from time to time.

1.1.35. “SMS” means Short Message Service.

1.1.36. “Terms” means these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time.

1.1.37. “Third Party Content” means all material, information, tools, content and hyperlinks contained in Third Party Sites (whether relating to third parties and/or products and/or services owned or provided by third parties or otherwise).

1.1.38. “Third Party Sites” means websites and/or mobile applications owned, operated or provided

by third parties.

1.1.39. “Top-Up Services” means the services offered, provided and made available by iChange comprising the top-up of Slide Wallet and/or pre-paid card(s), as described in Clause 1.8.

1.2. The headings or titles to the Clauses in these Terms are to facilitate reference and shall not be

referred to or relied upon in the construction of any provision of these Terms.

1.3. Where the context so admits, the singular shall include the plural and words in the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and/or neuter gender and vice-versa.

1.4. Any reference in these Terms to any Clause shall be construed as a reference to the clauses of

these Terms unless otherwise expressly stated.

1.5. The words “include” or “including” in these Terms shall be deemed to be followed by “without limitation” or “but not limited to” whether or not they are followed by such phrases or words of like import.

1.6. Any reference in these Terms to any person shall be construed as a reference also to such person’s

successors and assigns.

  2. iChange

2.1. To contact iChange in connection with any matter relating to the iChange Application or any Base Service, you may call iChange’s customer hotline at +65 9468 7877. iChange may record any telephone conversation with you without notice to you. You hereby agree to such recordings and that such recordings shall be admissible in evidence in any proceedings and shall be binding on you.

2.2. Any determination, decision or opinion that iChange may make or have under or as envisaged in any provision in these Terms may be made or held in the sole and absolute discretion of iChange (whether or not it is expressly stated as such in the relevant provision). iChange shall not be required to provide any reason or explanation for any of its determinations, decisions and opinions. Without prejudice to the foregoing, if iChange nevertheless provides any reason or explanation for any of its determinations, decisions or opinions, such reason or explanation shall not be binding on iChange, and does not constitute

any representation, warranty or undertaking by iChange (as to future action or otherwise).

  3. Eligibility for iChange

3.1. You acknowledge and agree that before you are eligible to access and use the iChange Application (including to effect and obtain any iChange Service), you are required to satisfy all the criteria set forth in Clause 3.2, as may be amended from time to time by iChange in its sole and absolute discretion, and to have successfully passed all identification checks, due diligence and other checks, screenings and verifications (including for anti-fraud, anti-terrorism, CFT and AML purposes) which iChange in its sole and absolute discretion considers necessary.

3.2. You acknowledge, agree and warrant that you are, and will at all times be, in compliance with the

following:

3.2.1. you are of legal age of majority to contract (and in any event, no less than 18 years of age)

and are legally capable and permitted to accede to these Terms;

3.2.2. you shall register for and have in force a valid Slide Wallet and shall comply with these Terms and all terms and conditions governing the use of iChange Services, and your access to and use of the iChange Application have not been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever; and

3.2.3. you are not in arrears of any payment due to any iChange Subsidiary.

3.3. In the event any of the criteria in Clause 3.2 has not been satisfied or ceases to be satisfied at any time whatsoever, and/or any provision of these Terms is not complied with, and/or you fail to successfully pass any identification check, due diligence and/or other check, screening and/or verification (including for anti-fraud, anti-terrorism, CFT and AML purposes) which iChange in its sole and absolute discretion considers necessary, or if at any time, iChange, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspects any fraud in relation to, and/or misuse of your Slide Wallet and/or the iChange Application, iChange shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the availability to you of and/or your access to and/or use of your Slide Wallet (in whole or in part), the iChange Application (in whole or in part) and/or any Base Service, and/or procure the suspension or termination of the availability to you of and/or your access to and/or use of any other iChange Service by the relevant iChange Service Provider, in each case, without notice to you and without giving any reason.

  4. Slide Wallet

4.1. You may register for Slide Wallet through any one of the following channels by submitting a request in such manner and form and accompanied by such information and supporting documentation as may be required from time to time:

4.1.1. in person at a iChange Counter or such other authorised locations as may be determined by iChange from time to time;

4.1.2. in person at roadshows organised by any iChange Subsidiary from time to time;

4.1.3. over the Internet through the iChange Website (when available);

4.1.4. through the iChange Application;

4.1.5. such other channels as iChange may make available from time to time;

4.2. iChange retains the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any request to register Slide Wallet in whole or in part, or to impose any conditions whatsoever to the registration of Slide Wallet.

4.3. You may only register for Slide Wallet, and access and use the iChange Application and the iChange Services, for (and only for) your own behalf and personal use, and not for the benefit or on behalf of any other person (including natural person or legal person). Without prejudice to the foregoing, you shall not assist, cause, permit or authorise any other person (including natural person or legal person) to access or use your Slide Wallet to effect or obtain any iChange Service, including making any payments or carrying out any transactions or other activity pursuant to any iChange Service.

4.4. Any access or use of your Slide Wallet in breach of these Terms or any access or use of your Slide Wallet for any purpose which is prohibited by any applicable law and/or any direction, order or requirement of any applicable regulatory authority or law enforcement body shall be void and you shall have no rights under these Terms in respect of such access and/or use.

4.5. Where the mobile line linked to the mobile number you have provided to iChange in order to register for Slide Wallet is transferred, suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, you shall forthwith notify iChange of the same and provide to iChange the particulars of a new mobile line to replace such transferred, suspended or terminated mobile line (if any). If you do not provide a new mobile line to replace such transferred, suspended or terminated mobile line, iChange shall be entitled to suspend (for such period as iChange may in its sole and absolute discretion consider appropriate) or terminate your Slide Wallet and/or your access to and/or use of the iChange Application (in whole or in part), without notice to you. In such event, any e-Wallet for the time being standing to the credit of your Slide Wallet shall, for the purposes of these Terms, be deemed to be Unused e-Wallet (as defined in Clause 6.2). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you shall fail to promptly notify iChange of your transferred, suspended or terminated mobile line, as herein required, you shall nevertheless be responsible and liable for all transactions carried out through your Slide Wallet using the iChange Application or such iChange Service (as the case may be), notwithstanding that such transactions may have been carried out, and/or your Password or such details may have been used by any other person without your knowledge or authority.

4.6. You will need to use your Password and such other details relating to your Slide Wallet as iChange may from time to time require to access and use the iChange Application (including to effect or obtain any iChange Service). You are responsible for safekeeping and maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and all details of your Slide Wallet. You must not disclose to any person your Password or any details of your Slide Wallet, and shall not assist, cause, permit or authorise any person to use your Password or Slide Wallet for any purpose whatsoever. You shall take such measures as may be necessary and all due care to protect your Password and Slide Wallet against misuse by third parties.

4.7. You shall promptly notify iChange upon discovering that there has been any:

4.7.1. inappropriate or unauthorised disclosure of and/or use of your Password and/or any details of your Slide Wallet; and/or

4.7.2. inappropriate or unauthorised access to and/or use of the iChange Application and/or any iChange Service effected using your Password and/or any details of your Slide Wallet, and you shall promptly take such steps as may be specified by iChange in relation to the foregoing matters (including to change your Password).

4.8. You are solely responsible and liable for any access to and use of the iChange Application or any iChange Service effected through the use of your Password and/or any details of your Slide Wallet, notwithstanding that your Password or such details may have been used by any other person without your knowledge or authority.

4.8.1 Disputed Transactions (Chargebacks)

A. Dispute Handling Fee

A fee of S$15 shall be charged at the time a chargeback is filed. This fee will be refunded in full only if the claim is determined to be a genuine dispute under applicable Mastercard rules.

  1. How to Submit a Dispute

Customers wishing to dispute a transaction must notify us through our Support Chat and provide all required information as specified by us at the time of submission. Disputes submitted by any other method will not be accepted.

  1. Eligibility

Only transactions processed on the Mastercard network are eligible for dispute resolution. The following transactions are strictly not eligible for chargeback:

  1. Contactless payments;

  2. Transactions authorised using 3D Secure (3DS) PIN authentication;

  3. Payments including, but not limited to, government fines, tolls, and administrative fees.

Contactless and 3DS PIN-authenticated transactions are deemed authorised by the customer.

D. Deadline

All disputes must be filed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the transaction. Any dispute filed after this period may be rejected in accordance with Mastercard rules.

E. Supporting Documentation

Customers are required to provide all relevant supporting documentation, including but not limited to receipts, proof of non-delivery, or merchant correspondence. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the dispute being deemed unsuccessful.

F. Investigation and Outcome

Upon receipt of a dispute, we will initiate the chargeback process with Mastercard and coordinate with the relevant merchant. The outcome of the dispute shall be determined exclusively under Mastercard rules, and resolution timelines will vary depending on the complexity of the case and the merchant’s cooperation.

I. Appeals

Where a merchant rebuts a dispute with valid evidence, we may request further documentation from the customer. The customer shall have the right to one (1) appeal, provided that new and material evidence not previously submitted is produced. The outcome of such appeal shall be final and binding in accordance with Mastercard’s dispute resolution framework.Mastercard’s arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties. No further appeal or escalation is available.

4.8.2 Arbitration Process

A. Arbitration is one of the steps in the Mastercard dispute resolution process.

A user may either:

  1. Accept the dispute outcome, or

  2. File for arbitration against the merchant through Mastercard.

Mastercard will review the case and issue a final decision assigning responsibility for the disputed amount either to the Issuer or the Acquirer.

B. User Consent and Approval

  1. If the user wishes to proceed with arbitration, explicit approval must be provided in writing.

  2. The arbitration fee is approximately USD 500 (subject to MasterCard's prevailing rate).

  3. Alternatively, the user may inform us that they do not wish to pursue the dispute further.

C. Submission Timeline

  1. If the user wishes to pursue arbitration, a detailed written reason must be provided within 45 calender days from the transaction date.

  2. If no response is received within this timeframe, the case will be automatically closed by the Mastercard scheme.

D. Arbitration Fee and Liability

lIf Mastercard’s decision is not in favor of the Issuer, Mastercard will charge the arbitration fee (approximately USD 500) and the disputed transaction amount.

These amounts will be debited and recovered from the Issuer, and the same will be passed on to the user in accordance with the invoicing process.

E. Finality of Decision

Mastercard’s arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties.

No further appeal or escalation is available within the Mastercard scheme once the decision is made.

5. iChange Application and iChange Services

5.1. Subject always to these Terms, iChange grants you a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive, revocable, free of charge, personal licence for the period during which (i) you have in force a valid Slide Wallet and (ii) your Slide Wallet and/or access to and use of the iChange Application have not been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, to access and use the iChange Application to effect and obtain iChange Services, provided that such access and use shall be made in Singapore on a mobile device that you own or control for non-commercial purposes.

5.2. You acknowledge and agree that the access to and use of the iChange Application and iChange Services is offered to you on an “as available, where available” basis. iChange may, at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time add to, vary or limit the features and/or functions of the iChange Application, any iChange Service or any iChange Content which may be made available to you, and/or provide for, vary, supplement or amend and terms and conditions relating to your use of such the iChange Application, any iChange Service or any iChange Content which may be made available to you without notice to you.

5.3. Any and all access and use by you of the iChange Application and iChange Services shall be governed by these Terms, where applicable, and is subject to such other guidelines, procedures, policies and regulations which may be prescribed, introduced, varied and/or amended by any applicable regulatory authority or law enforcement body from time to time.

5.4. Any and all access and use by you of any Additional Service, including P2P Services, shall be dependent on your entry into and compliance with the terms and conditions of a separate agreement relating to such Additional Service with the relevant iChange Service Provider, and to any and all other applicable terms, conditions and processes as may be introduced, amended and/or implemented by the relevant iChange Service Provider and/or iChange from time to time. Nothing in these Terms amounts to any representation or warranty that you will be able to access and use the iChange Application to effect or obtain any Additional Service.

5.5. You acknowledge and agree that in order to be use the P2P Services, both the recipient and transferor must be able to mutually identify each other’s name and mobile number via the iChange Application when the relevant payment/transfer is sought to be made.

5.6. You must (and may only) pursue any claim, dispute or remedy which you may have in relation to a iChange Service with the relevant iChange Service Provider.

5.7. Where the relevant iChange Service Provider is not iChange:

5.7.1. iChange’s obligations are limited to taking instructions from you (which instructions shall be in such manner and form and accompanied by such information and supporting documentation as iChange may require from time to time) and such iChange Service Provider and relaying such instructions to you or the iChange Service Provider, as the case may be, in connection with the relevant iChange Service. iChange shall have no other responsibility in relation to the relevant iChange Service.

5.7.2. Any instructions given by you to iChange in connection with any iChange Service may not be cancelled, withdrawn or amended unless iChange in its sole and absolute discretion consents otherwise. iChange shall not bear any liability or responsibility for any and all Losses if iChange does not or is unable to stop or prevent the carrying out of the relevant iChange Service or any transaction as a result of such instructions.

5.8. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, iChange shall be entitled, in its discretion, to refuse to carry out and/or complete any request submitted or transaction carried out by you or on your behalf pursuant to any iChange Service.

5.9. Physical Card:

 If the card remains inactive for a period of 180 days (i.e., no card transactions have been made), we reserve the right to block the card for security purposes.

This action is taken to protect against unauthorized use and to ensure the security of the user's account.

 Virtual Card:

The virtual card is activated when issued or created.

If the virtual card has not been used for any card transactions within 90 days of activation, we reserve the right to block the card for security purposes.

This measure is implemented to maintain the security of the cardholder's account and prevent potential fraudulent activity.

 

By accepting and using the cards, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding card inactivity and security measures.(Refer 9.6)

6. Slide Wallet Services

6.1. You may top-up and add credit to your Slide Wallet through the following cash-in points, subject to any terms, conditions and processes as may be introduced, amended and/or implemented by iChange from time to time in relation to the same:

iChange Counters;

the iChange Application, or any other platforms as may be determined by iChange from time to time at its sole discretion; and

iii. such other channels (including participating retail stores and payment kiosks) as may from time to time be offered, provided or made available by iChange to you and listed on the iChange Website; provided that your Slide Wallet can only hold, in aggregate, a maximum credit amount of S$20,000 (or such other amount as iChange may determine in its discretion from time to time) at any point in time.

iv. Annual Transaction Limit: The aggregate transaction limit for all card and wallet usage shall not exceed S$100,000 within any rolling 12-month period. This limit shall automatically reset upon completion of each rolling year. Any portion of the transaction limit unused in a given rolling year shall not be carried forward to subsequent rolling years.

6.2. The balance for the time being standing to the credit of your Slide Wallet (“Unused Balance”) is held on trust by iChange for you. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Clause 6.2, no refunds or cash withdrawals may be made from your Slide Wallet:

6.2.1. You may at any time submit a request to iChange through email at helpSG@slide.club for a refund of the Unused Balance and termination of your Slide Wallet. Such request shall be made in such manner and form and accompanied by such information and supporting documentation as may be required by iChange from time to time. Upon receipt of your request, iChange will provide, subject to verification and any deductions as provided in Clauses 6.2.3 and 6.2.4, a full refund of the Unused Balance to you, whereupon your Slide Wallet shall be terminated. The refund shall be made by iChange in such manner and at such time as iChange may determine in its sole discretion, as shall be advised by iChange.

6.2.2. For avoidance of doubt, iChange will not entertain any request for partial refund only of the Unused Balance.

6.2.3. Where you have outstanding payments owing to any iChange Subsidiary, iChange shall be entitled to first set-off the outstanding payments due to such iChange Subsidiary against the Unused Balance for the time being.

6.2.4. Any refund of any Unused Balance may be subject to such additional administrative fees as iChange may from time to time determine. The imposition of such administrative fees, and any changes and amendments thereto, shall be effective upon posting on the iChange Website or on such date as may be otherwise stated. Your continued access to and use of the iChange Application, your Slide Wallet and/or any of the iChange Services shall be deemed to be your conclusive acceptance of such fees and charges, and changes and amendments to such fees and charges (if any).

6.3. Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms, iChange shall be entitled to, at any time and without notice to you:

6.3.1. deduct from your Slide Wallet any amount deemed by iChange in its sole discretion to have been wrongly credited into your Slide Wallet and/or reverse any transaction carried out using your Slide Wallet, whether due to mobile networks or delivery systems error or otherwise;

6.3.2. deduct from your Slide Wallet any fees, charges or other amounts which are payable by you to iChange or any iChange Subsidiary, whether under these Terms or otherwise; and/or

6.3.3. deal with and/or take any action in respect of, any Unused Balance for the time being, if required by and in accordance with any applicable law and/or any direction, order or requirement of any applicable regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

 6.4 You shall inform us immediately and immediately return to us any sums of monies that are wrongly or erroneously credited to your Slide Wallet whether due to any application errors or omission, mobile networks or delivery systems error or otherwise. 

 6.5 In the event that: 

 we are not able to deduct or reverse from your Slide Wallet under 6.3.1 and/or 6.3.2 due to insufficiency; and/or

we have reason to believe that you knowingly took steps to manipulate or benefit from the application errors or omission, mobile networks or delivery systems error or otherwise, 

 in such cases, you agree that, we at our sole discretion, are entitled to pursue all legal and enforcement action that are available against you, including but not limited to court proceedings and/or reporting to authorities. 

 

6.6 USAGE OF OUR SERVICES, WALLETS AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You must ensure that you’ve sufficient balance in your Account before initiating any payment transaction; 

You must Cooperate fully to recover or rectify any unauthorized amounts impacting your Account's available balance.;

You must upon our request, promptly top up your Account to rectify any negative balance. If you fail to do so, you authorise us irrevocably to offset such negative balance by (a) converting any other monies you hold in other currencies in your Account, or (b) initiating a payment transaction for the amount of the negative balance (or the equivalent in another currency) from the payment card stored on file to top up your Account.

6.7 Interest on Wallet Balances

      In accordance with MAS regulations, SlideSG ensures that customer funds are safeguarded, including through placement in trust or segregated accounts with financial institutions. These funds may, from time to time, accrue interest or other earnings. You acknowledge and agree that any such interest or earnings shall belong solely to SlideSG. SlideSG is not obligated to, and will not, pass on any portion of such interest or earnings to you. By using our services, you expressly waive any right or entitlement to such amounts.​

6.8 SGD Cashout Request

Request Process
To request the transfer of SGD funds to your account, users are required to complete and submit the SGD Cash Request Form.

Processing Time

The standard processing time for SGD cash-out requests is within 3 weeks from the date of form submission.

Delays may occur in certain cases, and users will be notified accordingly.

Important Guidelines

  1. Minimum cashout amount: SGD 5

  2. Only SGD funds can be transferred, and only to your own bank account

  3. Foreign currency (FCY) balances below equivalent SGD 5  cannot be exchanged or cashed out

  4. FCY balances above SGD 5 must be exchanged into SGD before submitting the form. Recommendation: Spend non-SGD balances if below SGD 5

Applicable Fees

A fee of SGD 10 will be charged per request. This fee is imposed by SlideSG Pte Ltd, our wallet service provider.

In certain scenarios, this fee may be waived depending on the nature of the cash-out request and is subject to internal approval.

7. Payment Services

7.1. In addition to the criteria and conditions referred to in Clause 3, you acknowledge and agree that before you are eligible to access and use any Payment Service, you are required to satisfy all the criteria set forth in Clause 7.2, as may be amended from time to time by iChange in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event any such criteria has not been satisfied or ceases to be satisfied at any time whatsoever, or any provision of these Terms is not complied with, iChange shall be entitled in its discretion to suspend or terminate (as the case may be) the availability to you of and/or your access to and/or use of any Payment Service.

7.2. You acknowledge, agree and warrant that you are, and will at all times be, in compliance with the following:

7.2.1. you have full capacity, authority and legal right to enter into and engage in Payment Transactions; and

7.2.2. where the relevant Payment Beneficiary is a Payment Merchant, the transaction and contract between you and such Payment Merchant, and the performance of such transaction and contract, relate to the supply and/or provision of goods and/or services that are legal, valid and enforceable in Singapore and any relevant jurisdiction (including the jurisdiction in which such goods and/or services are to be supplied and/or provided), and the charges incurred under such transaction and contract are legal, valid and enforceable in Singapore and any relevant jurisdiction (including the jurisdiction in which such charges are to be incurred).

7.3. All Payment Amounts shall be denominated in Singapore dollars. If any sum specified by you to be paid to the relevant Payment Merchant under a Payment Transaction Request is denominated in any currency other than Singapore dollars, iChange shall be entitled to convert such sum into Singapore dollars at such rate as may be determined by iChange, and such converted sum shall be deemed to be the “Payment Amount” for the purposes of these Terms.

7.4. You further acknowledge and agree that the continued provision of the Payment Services to you, the acceptance by iChange of each Payment Transaction Request and the performance by iChange of each Payment Transaction, and any refund to your Slide Wallet in accordance with these Terms are subject to the following conditions (in addition to the other criteria and conditions under these Terms):

7.4.1. the relevant Payment Beneficiary having successfully passed all identification checks, due diligence and other checks, screenings and verifications (including for anti-fraud, anti- terrorism, CFT and AML purposes) as may be required by any applicable regulatory authority or law enforcement body from time to time and/or which iChange in its sole and absolute discretion considers necessary;

7.4.2. the relevant Payment Beneficiary complying with all terms and conditions imposed by iChange for the receipt of the relevant Payment Amount;

7.4.3. the Unused Balance for the time being in your Slide Wallet being sufficient to fulfill the relevant Payment Transaction Request;

7.4.4. where the relevant payment is to be made into your Slide Wallet, the Unused Balance following such payment shall not exceed S$20,000 at any point of time;

7.4.5. you having paid all applicable fees and charges (including goods and services tax and all taxes imposed on or payable in respect of such fees and charges) which may be payable in respect of the iChange Services you have effected or obtained through the iChange Application and/or in relation to your Slide Wallet.

7.5. iChange will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Payment Transactions are processed and performed in a timely manner, but makes no representation or warranty regarding the time needed to complete processing or to transfer the amount to the relevant Payment Beneficiary, and will not be liable or responsible for any Loss to you or any Payment Beneficiary due to any delay in the processing of any Payment Transaction, the transfer of any Payment Amount, or the receipt of any Payment Amount by any Payment Beneficiary, save where such Loss is directly and solely caused by iChange’s fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7.6. iChange shall be entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to perform and/or complete any Payment Transaction (including if any of the conditions set out in the provisions of this Clause 7 are not fulfilled for any reason whatsoever and/or iChange has reason to believe, in its sole and absolute discretion, that any representation or warranty given by you under these Terms is or has become untrue or incorrect or is breached in any respect).

7.7. You shall exercise caution when transferring any Payment Amount to any unfamiliar Payment Beneficiary and shall always be alert to the possibility of fraud.

7.8. You acknowledge and agree that:

7.8.1. you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of each Payment Transaction Request, and the requested Payment Amount, are accurate, up-to-date and reflect your intentions and iChange shall not be obliged to verify the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of any such Payment Transaction Request; and

7.8.2. a Payment Transaction Request once given to iChange may not be cancelled, withdrawn or amended by you unless iChange in its sole and absolute discretion consents otherwise, and in this connection, iChange has no liability or responsibility if it does not or is unable to stop or prevent the implementation of the Payment Transaction.

7.9. If a Payment Merchant makes a request through the mobile payment system provided to it by iChange to void any Payment Transaction made by you, iChange may, in its sole discretion, refund the relevant Payment Amount to you by crediting such Payment Amount to your Slide Wallet, after deducting any fees, charges or other amounts which may be payable by you to iChange or any iChange Subsidiary, whether under these Terms or otherwise.

7.10. In respect of any complaints concerning any Payment Transaction Request raised by you to iChange, you hereby acknowledge that:

7.10.1. you shall satisfactorily provide such documentary proof as iChange may require as relevant evidence toward iChange’s investigation of the relevant Payment Transaction Request;

7.10.2. you shall notify in writing to iChange of any issues with, discrepancy or dispute in relation to any Payment Transaction Request within 30 calendar days from the date of that Payment Transaction Request, with satisfactory documentary proof as described in Clause 7.10.1; and

7.10.3. without prejudice to any of iChange’s other rights and remedies (under these Terms, at law, in equity or otherwise), iChange retains the sole and absolute discretion to conduct independent investigations into each and every Payment Transaction Request made by you, and reserves the right to make such determination as it may deem fit.

  8. Top-Up Services

8.1. If you use the iChange Application for Top-Up Services, including without limitation, to top-up and add credit to any pre-paid card offered by an iChange Subsidiary and/or iChange Service Provider held by you, you acknowledge and agree that at all material times:

8.1.1. iChange’s sole responsibility is limited to facilitating the payment by you to such iChange Subsidiary and/or such Payment Service Provider, as the case may be, in order to top-up and add credit in and to your pre-paid and/or other cards;

8.1.2. iChange is acting solely as agent on behalf of such iChange Subsidiary and/or such Payment Service Provider, as the case may be, to collect the relevant top-up or credit amount from you;

8.1.3. iChange will not otherwise hold any amount (in the form of money or any other form) in relation to such top-up or credit.

8.1.4 Minimum Top-Up Amount:

All PayNow-related top-ups require a minimum amount of SGD 50.

Third-Party Transfers:

Top-ups made from third-party accounts are subject to additional review and approval.For a smoother and faster experience, we strongly recommend transferring funds from an account under your own name.

Third-party transfers may be delayed due to the need for security and verification checks.

 

Security Checks:

 

To protect your account and prevent unauthorized transactions, all third-party PayNow top-ups will undergo additional verification procedures.

These checks may extend the processing time before the funds are reflected in your account.

9.Charges

9.1. iChange shall be entitled to at any time impose fees and charges on you, and to change and/or amend such fees and/or charges payable, for your access to and use of the iChange Application (including your registration for and access to and use of a Slide Wallet), any reactivation or termination of the provision of and/or your access and/or use of the iChange Application and/or your Slide Wallet and/or for refund of any Payment Amount (or part thereof) or of the Unused Balance, in accordance with these Terms. The quantum of such fees and charges shall be as determined by iChange. The imposition of such fees and charges, and any changes and amendments, shall be effective upon posting on the iChange Website or on such date as may be otherwise stated. Your continued access to and use of the iChange Application and/or your Slide Wallet shall be deemed to be your conclusive acceptance of such fees and charges, and changes and amendments to such fees and charges (if any).

9.2. A iChange Service Provider shall be entitled to at any time impose fees and charges on you, and to change and/or amend such fees and/or charges payable, for your access to and use of the relevant iChange Service and related iChange Content, and/or any reactivation or termination of the provision of and/or your access and/or use of the relevant iChange Service and related iChange Content. The quantum of such fees and charges shall be as determined by such iChange Service Provider. The imposition of such fees and charges, and any changes and amendments, shall be effective upon posting on the iChange Website or on the website of such iChange Service Provider or on such date as may be otherwise stated. Your continued access to and use of the relevant iChange Service and related iChange Content shall be deemed to be your conclusive acceptance of such fees and charges, and changes and amendments to such fees and charges (if any).

9.3. Where you do not carry out any transaction through your iChange for a continuous period of more than six months, iChange may designate your Slide Wallet as a “Dormant Account”. A dormancy fee (to be determined by iChange and posted on the iChange Website from time to time) shall then be charged by iChange and deducted from your Slide Wallet for every month thereafter during which your Slide Wallet remains a Dormant Account. You will not be able to carry out transactions with a Dormant Account, and will need to contact iChange at its customer care hotline at +65 9468 7877 to reactivate a Dormant Account. iChange shall be entitled to suspend or terminate your ability to access and use your Slide Wallet to effect or obtain any and all iChange Services where your Slide Wallet is a Dormant Account and the balance in your Slide Wallet is insufficient to meet the monthly dormancy fee payable.

9.4. You shall be solely responsible and liable for all fees and charges (including goods and services tax and all taxes imposed on or payable in respect of such fees and charges) which may be payable pursuant to these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that any such fees and charges (which relate to transactions carried out through your Slide Wallet) may be directly debited from your Slide Wallet.

9.5. You acknowledge and agree that your use of any mobile or data services in relation to your download of the iChange Application (and/or any updates thereof) and/or any access to and/or use of the iChange Application, any iChange Service and/or any iChange Content may entail additional charges with the relevant mobile and telecommunication service providers and that you shall be solely responsible for such charges (where applicable).

9.6  Virtual and Physical Card Issuance

lFor new applicants/users, a virtual card is issued free of charge upon onboarding.

lIf a user wishes to obtain a physical card, a card issuance fee will apply.

iChange reserves the right to impose or waive card issuance and replacement fees based on card usage, subject to management approval.

 9.6.1 If a card is blocked due to a dispute case and remains inactive during the certain period (refer to section 5.9), the user may be required to request a replacement card, for which fees may apply.

 9.6.2 Replacement Cards

lA replacement card is treated as a new card request, and standard fees will be applicable.

lThe imposition or waiver of this fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.

9.6.3 Multiple Card Applications and Refunds

Where a user submits applications for two or more physical cards and makes payment for each, any claim that a card was applied for “accidentally” shall not entitle the user to a refund or credit. iChange shall have no obligation to refund or credit any amounts in such cases, and the user shall remain solely responsible for verifying all card applications and related payments.

9.6.4 Service Fee for Inactive Accounts

1.With effect from 1 October 2025, a monthly service fee of SGD 1.00 will apply to all iChange accounts.

2.Customers who spend SGD 300 or more in a calendar quarter using their iChange card will receive a full refund automatically of SGD 3.00 at the end of each calendar quarter.

3.Quarterly spend is calculated based on fixed calendar quarters

 (October–December, January–March, April–June, July–September).

4.The service fee will continue to apply unless the customer meets the minimum spend requirement for the relevant quarter.

5.iChange reserves the right to amend or withdraw this service fee policy at its sole discretion, with prior notice provided to customers where required.

9.7 Insufficient Balance Fee

An insufficient balance fee of S$0.50 shall be charged for each declined transaction following the first three (3) declined transactions in any calendar month. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their wallet balance is sufficient prior to initiating any transaction or card usage. iChange shall not be liable for any declined transactions arising from insufficient funds.
